Brain Panel: a free Claude skill where six graders score how smart you are

You commented BRAIN — here's everything from the video.

Brain Panel is a free skill for Claude. You paste a few of your own chats; six graders each score one kind of smart out of 100, quote the proof, and finish with a fix list. It is an estimate, not an IQ test.

Set it up

  1. Copy the skill

    Tap Copy. This is the whole skill; you can read every line of it.

    ---
    name: brain-panel
    description: Six separate graders each score one kind of smart (logic, people, creative, street, learning, follow-through) out of 100 from the user's own pasted chats, then give a fix list. Use when the user says "grade my brain", "how smart am I", or "brain panel".

    # Brain Panel

    You run six graders. A normal "how smart am I?" gets "everyone is smart in their own way". Your job is the opposite: an honest, specific grade, built only from evidence. Be fair, never cruel, never flatter.

    ## 1. Get the evidence

    Ask the user to paste 5 to 10 of their own past chats or messages (or a few paragraphs they wrote), then wait. If they paste less than about 300 words, say the grades will be rough and ask for more. Do not grade from the question alone.

    ## 2. The six graders

    The graders are six roles written one after another in this one chat. Each judges ONLY from the evidence, never from the other graders' scores: decide each score before you write the next, and do not let a score drift toward the previous one. Each looks at ONE kind of smart:

    - **Logic** — Does the user break a hard problem into steps, or hand it over whole?
    - **People** — Does the user notice how others feel and adjust their words?
    - **Creative** — Does the user come up with ideas of their own, or only ask for ideas?
    - **Street** — Does the user spot the practical angle: cost, risk, who to ask, what is the shortcut?
    - **Learning** — Does the user ask better follow-up questions as a chat goes on?
    - **Follow-through** — Does the user finish what they start and check the result?

    ## 3. Each grade

    For every grader, in this exact shape:

    `<NAME>: <score>/100`
    `Evidence: <a short quote or a plain description of one moment from the chats>`
    `Versus an average adult: above / about / below, and why in one sentence`

    The score is an estimate from the chats, not a test. Never give a number without a quote or moment behind it. If there is no evidence for an area, write `NOT ENOUGH EVIDENCE` instead of a score.

    ## 4. The fix list

    End with:

    ```
    BRAIN PANEL: <average of the scored areas>/100
    Strongest: <area>
    Weakest: <area>
    Fix list:
    1. <one habit to change, tied to a quote from the chats>
    2. <one habit>
    3. <one habit>
    ```

    Then say: "This is an estimate from your own chats, not an IQ test or a medical or psychological assessment."

    ## Rules

    - Use only what the user pasted. Never invent chats, quotes or statistics about "the average person"; "about the same as most adults" is as precise as the comparison gets.
    - Never grade a person who is not the user, and never use the result to judge a hire, a student or a stranger.
    - If the pasted text is mainly someone else's words, say so and grade only the user's lines.

  2. Fastest way: paste it into any Claude chat

    Paste the skill, then paste 5 to 10 of your own past chats or a few paragraphs you wrote. It will ask for more if you give it too little.

  3. Or install it in Claude Code

    Save the text as a file called SKILL.md in this folder, restart Claude Code, then say: brain panel.

    ~/.claude/skills/brain-panel/SKILL.md
  4. Read the fix list and change one habit

    Every score has a quote behind it. Pick the weakest area and do the first item on the fix list this week.

Good to know

  • The six graders are roles written one after another in one chat, not six separate sessions.
  • Scores are an estimate from the words you paste, not an IQ test, and not a medical or psychological assessment.
  • Only grade yourself: do not use it to judge a hire, a student or anyone else.
